Early Childhood Educator (Cert III Qualified)
- Qualification: Certificate III in Children’s Services or equivalent
- Other Requirements: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and grow, Clear Working with Children Check
Your Role as a Cert III Educator:
Contribute actively to the team, fostering a positive learning environment for children. Implement the service’s philosophy while working towards continuous improvement.
Traineeship Opportunity – No Formal Qualifications Required
- Qualification: None (Opportunity for on-the-job training and work-based traineeship)
- Other Requirements: Enthusiasm for early childhood education, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
Your Role in the Traineeship Opportunity:
Embark on a journey to gain practical experience and study on-the-job, supported by our experienced team. Contribute actively to the learning environment while developing essential childcare skills.
Room Leader
As a Diploma qualified educator, you will be a key leader in our team, responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with children and families.
- Upholding organisational policies and procedures.
- Working with the team towards continuous improvement.
